Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of 3D Websites AI ("the Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

The service

3D Websites AI provides access to a library of animated website templates and the source code behind them. Subscribers and lifetime owners can copy template source for use in their own projects.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have your guardian's consent to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your password and for everything that happens on your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and payment

Monthly

Monthly subscriptions are $50 per month, billed each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time payment of $297. Once paid, you have access to the current and future template library, indefinitely, without renewal. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service.

Upgrades

You can upgrade from monthly to lifetime at any time. We charge the lifetime price minus a credit for the unused portion of your current monthly period. Your monthly subscription is canceled on successful upgrade.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or any other paid plan, in part or in full, under any circumstances. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current or past billing periods. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Promotions

We may run discount codes or promotional pricing from time to time. Terms specific to each promotion will be announced at the time. Promotions are not retroactive.

License to use templates

When you copy a template's source code as a paid user, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that code in your own personal and commercial projects, including projects you sell to clients. You may modify, combine, and ship the code as part of larger works.

What you can do

Use templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects
Modify the code to fit your needs
Ship templates as part of products you sell
Use templates for client work

What you cannot do

Resell or redistribute the templates as templates themselves
Publish the source code in a public repository or anywhere else where it could be copied without payment
Share your account with others to bypass the subscription
Scrape or bulk-extract templates beyond normal copying

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for anything illegal
Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or attack the platform
Use templates to build sites that harass, defraud, or harm others
Misrepresent yourself, your authority, or your relationship to the service

Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate for cause we are not obligated to refund. If you have lifetime access and we shut down the service, we'll give you reasonable advance notice and access to copy any templates you haven't yet pulled.

Changes to the service

We add, remove, and change templates over time. We may modify or retire features. If a material change reduces the value of what you paid for, we'll do our best to give advance notice and a fair path forward.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that templates will fit any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the state of incorporation of the operator.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll change the date at the top and, if the change is material, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
